my computer does not reconginze my player. I need to charge it.

I also have the Sylvania SMPK2021. Recently installed onto an older XP computer OK, but that computer was swopped out for a newer XP & it will not install. The installing wizard shows that it did install, but the SigmaTel\MSCN folder is empty??

Burn it and get a good player thats what I did to mine
