Mouse droppings in the soap dispenser

We have regularly found fresh mouse droppings in the soap dispenser. How are the mice getting in there? Are they likely living in the machine? How do we keep them out?

Thanks!

Mice can find a way to get into anything, I definitely believe they are living in there because it is probably a warm place most of the time and very protected for them. I would buy a couple of mouse traps and place them behind the machine with some peanut butter on them and wait until you no longer have a problem. They are probably getting in from under the machine. Hope this helps

there is no good way to totally keep them out, because the ways they are getting in are probably places where the machine cools itself from

Yes, sometimes they live in the machine, otherwise they get there form back of the machine.

Move the machine, carefully lean the machine on one side and check the inside, probably you will find some undesired visitor. If not living inside the mice must be getting in from the back. Then they climb on top of the basket, and end up dieing in the detergent drawer.
Use Traps and/or poison to get rid of the problem.
Most effective in this case is glued paper traps placed around and a the back of the machine, after you clean machine inside.

Hello. A mouse has chewed through the dispenser hose (hose between soap dispenser & drum) on my Fagor FU6146IT washing machine. Is it the sort of thing I can replace myself? Thank you!

Mice are helpful little creatures...

Mostly if you can take the top off the machine yourself you should be able to replace the hose yourself.

Drivers for m-305 mouse

You should be able to get the drivers from Logitech. I have gone there to get most of my mouse and keyboard software. Their site should walk you through identifying your mouse and showing you where to download the software. I know they have discontinued some mice as mine has been dropped. My wife and I have always had Logitech mice and keyboards, and have always found what we needed at their site. They have a good customer service crew and the community site is also very nice to work with.

Hp mouse clicking two times when i am only clicking once

I have had the same problem with my Logitech wireless optical mouse and it has always been an indicator that my mouse's battery is low or almost depleted. If you have a fresh battery and it is still behaving the same way then the contacts under your "left click button" could be wearing down or malfunctioning. Also there are some basic mouse control settings found under START-->Control Panel -->Hardware and sound-->devices and printers-->Mouse

What are the Pros & Cons between a ''Optical Wireless Mouse'' and a ''Laser Wireless Mouse''

The difference between a regular optical mouse and a laser mouse is the light used to track movement. A regular optical mouse uses an LED light in the optical engine, while a laser mouse uses a laser to track movement. The more dots per inch (dpi) a mouse can track, the more sensitive and accurate it is. A typical optical mouse tracks between 400dpi and 800dpi, while laser mice track more than 2,000dpi. Neither is really better; it all depends on your needs and preferences. Unless you're a gamer or a graphic artist with a need for precise movement, you'll probably find a 2,000dpi laser mouse too sensitive. Many gaming mice, however, allow you to switch sensitivity levels so that you have precision when you need it but can revert to 400dpi or 800dpi for regular mousing. Besides their tracking speeds, laser mice work on nearly every surface, whereas optical mice may experience trouble tracking on black or shiny surfaces.

Mouse not responding to movements

Try using fresh batteries and reconnect the mouse to its wireless receiver.

If you get the same problem, connect the receiver into different USB ports of the computer, or try different computer.

Otherwise, you need to contact the manufacturer for possible RMA.

Have a great day!
