Question about Lands Phones
I tried your suggestion but it doesn't seem to be working. The phone did not drop or get wet, but i did get a shock from it before the message appeared. It still says to remove usb port
The shock you mention would suggest a failure of a component/c circuit on the board, or that there is something inside the phone shorting a circuit to the case. If you can remove battery cover, battery, SIM card (if it has one?), and then open the phone to take a look inside to see if there is any obvious physical damage. That's really all I can think of right now.
