hi we have receintly got this model but no instructions ,(a) where can we get instructions from (b) the machine is not taking the fabric conditioner during the wash cycle . Please help

- I have the same problem with my Zanussi front loader. I've done an empty wash on the hottest temperature with soda crystals in the hope that that would clear whatever the problem is, but no luck.- xamaica2004
