Roxio creator basic 9 won't copy my game

you may need to remove the first program first then reload & set up

Roxio 9, Roxio Creator 9 and Roxio Creator 10 are different animals. Roxio 9 is 3 years old +. It likely will not handle 64bit or Windows 7.
Roxio Creater 9 is not listed as compatible with Windows 7

go to my computer/program files/roxio easy creator 9 suite and copy and paste the quick launch icon and place it on your desktop

try deleted it and reinstalle it again :P that will work :D tryed with Ashampoo burning studio 9 :P

Windows7 is still being developed and as far as I know it has some compatibility issue with many hardware etc..Check compatibility with manufacture before you look any further.

If you have Roxio 9, remove it (and other copies of Roxio/Sonic) from the computer.

Remember: Roxio Creator 9 and Roxio Creator 2009 are NOT the same things!! Creator 9 is an old software application that Roxio does not support.

Try this:
Go to HP site and download "Patch Roxio Creatror Basic 9" file sp35468.exe. it might do the trick

There is a patch from Roxio to resolve this error!

Go to the label creator in your Roxio 6, Click on EDIT, then click on PREFERENCES, go to the DISC tab and unclick the "Print Disc cut Lines" and the "Print Disc outline" boxes. This should fix your problem.
