SOURCE: my nokia n70 bluetooth is
hello,it could be as a result of two things,
1.you are not setting your bluetooth device properly, visit the settings part of your phone then you go to bluetooth settings to make sure it is put on and also has its visibility to other dvice kept on so as for it to function as supposed,if not done properly it will not connect with other devices
2.a corrupted bluetooth device,if this happens you will have to flash the phone with the use of internet and cables and this could only be done by an authorized mobile phone repair man.if he does the flashing i guess the phone can work but it's on a 50-50 basis.
wish you good luck,
