Hi,

My drive has been formatted recently, and a friend of mine told me to install a driver on my mobo, is it necessary?

Yes it is necessary to install the device drivers to get the motherboard functioning properly, eg the audio, video, LAN, modem etc.
You can download thedevice drivers for your computer from the motherboard manufacturer's WEB site.
I cannot give you the link to the motherboard manufacturer's WEB site because youhave not provided me with the details of the make and model of your motherboard.

Compaq CRT Monitor 7500 does not support hd videos. The system starts re-boot when HD videos are played. HD Videos that play on youtube dont play when downloaded in system. I dont get where is the problem?...

yes see if proper original drivers are installed or not .it can be solved by installing an AGP card into an AGP slot use 8X AGP card for better result .this happens because inbuilt display cad has no sufficient memory on the motherboard

Hi dear,

1- You have formated the the hard disc and install OS again.

falcon_mark2,

I was going to ask you to clarify the motherboard model, but I found the link for you to download the driver which support most of the SIS audio product. Enjoy.

Audio driver problem

You should install the Chips drivers or intall all the driver in series listed in your CD Utilities. Its good if you download the latest drivers of your system at www.asus.com or here: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us

You should download for 64x2 drivers.
