Question about Lexmark X3480 All-In-One Printer
First off, how is the device connected? is it on a USB cable or a Ethernet, if it is set up with a paralell cable it will not scan correctly.
Also, is all the sotware loaded onto your comuter.
You may want to go to the lexmark site, download the all in one firmware and reload it following the setup instructions to be sure all the items on the device are properly loaded.
It would be at lexmark.com. And look for downloads. Then look for your product. A fresh install with the newest software would be the best way to go to be sure everything is in stalled.
