Laptop not recognizing mp3 player

Laptop does not recognize mp3 player and the display on the player reads no licence to play this track. It doesn't seem to be charging properly either.

First of all unplug power chord from computer. Remove battery if it is a laptop. Unplug device from usb.
wait ten minutes, plug all back and restart all, see if this work

    If the reset did not work try this trick: You have to make sure when you power down the Zen, that you do it while the radio is on, apparently this sometimes fix the problem.

    Naturally , before insisting with solution above ensure that you do not get the message on songs that are copyright protected and you didn't pay the rights, in that case there is nothing to fix.

    You can also get same message if you downloaded songs from user subscrition account and subscription is expired, in this case you need to pay subscription or monthly fee or download songs again from different service.

I burned cd on pc and it doesnt play on any other cd or dvd in the house


if you burn mp3 other cd or dvd player wont read the format. its the same with video cd and dvd player have video and music file that they recognized. try to check the dvd or read the manual. in CD try nero burner and select the option create audio cd, you can create 20 tracks in cd. with an mp3 or wma file

Coby MPC 895 - Some MP3 format songs will not play


i suppose your player is under a virus attack. clean it with an original antivirus software and also your pc too.reset your player to original factory settings. remember this will erase all your data in the device. so you can make a backup before formatting the device. that will solve your problem

My philips gogear sa3125 will not revieve any downloads


In Windows Media Player, click the arrow underneath the Rip tab select Rip options, and change the format to mp3. Now, rerip the CD's and THEN synchronize them to the GoGear. The songs from the internet need to be in mp3 format only - some GoGear models do not recognize DRM-protected WMA's.

Bad tracks error message


Try deleting them through the windows explorer folders. Using windows xp you'll get a pop up when the device is recognized on your computer. Click the windows explorer option, then find your sansa in "my computer" If deleting them there doesn't work then I don't know, I'm having some issues with this too. Good luck.

I cannot get the device manager to recognize the player


Make sure that the hold.lock is not engaged.

If not, then get the latest version of the installation software from Philips website.

Not recognizing DVD player


i would say for some reason your dvd player is not compatible from now on with that brand of blank dvd!


get the firmware update from the brand website all you do is download the file burnit on a cd and put it in the dvd player should fix most and eventual problems
