Question about Philips 50PF9631D 50 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television
Philips 50PF9631 Plasma television will not turn on. When power is turned on, green LED light initially turns on but then within a few seconds turns red and flashes 7 times. No picture/no sound. Unplugged television and tried to reset but same problem occurs. Television about 1 1/2 years old.
The TV needs to be serviced. I had the same problem. 2 boards had to be replaced at a cost of $1200.
