Question about HP PSC 2175 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Question Hello! A "new" used machine: Upon hook up, "Allign cartridges...." message repeats ...and repeats, even after allignment process completed. (Printer will not print) Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks so much!

Within minutes of each other, both ink cartridges on my HP Deskjet 3000 printer showed that they had failed. I replaced the tri-color cartridge with a new one I had on hand, but the same error message...


you replaced the color cartridge. what about the black? If bothare new and properly installed, it should work. However using the tool menu, allign cartridges and clean digitally as directed. It should work. It is not the cartridge problem if they are new.

The printer keeps saying that there is ink cartridge that needs to be replaced and I have replaced all of them. What do I do next?


The requires to be programed to attain the new accessories installed. Usually the printer would continue functionality once depleted supplies have been replaced. However, power off the entire computer and peripherals, disconnect every link allow to rest for some moments, reconnect the entire setup. Once powered on the new setup should be recognised. For example, the computer would display a message asking to allign the new printers settings. Attemptign to print a sheet should display further instructions of lists that are choices to allign for appropaite appearance of documents and ink impressions suitable. Once chosen an appropiate allignment display for the new setup, that becomes the deafult until suppplies reequire reinstallation.

Keeps telling me to allign cartridges. put in new 56 and 57, still won't allign


My printer keeps telling me to press enter to allign cartridges. I have two brand new, never been used cartridges in it right now and I'm getting this message. Please help.

My printer will not pass an allignment


  1. Open the printer and remove and reinstall the same cartridges again (important)
  2. Ensure paper is loaded and the paper slider is correctly positioned against the edge of the paper
  3. When asked to allign, do so again

Error message on HP 2800 business inkjet, message reads 1% ink left on brand new cartridge

go to page 60 and follow the instructions for replacing the ink cartridge, remember to have the printer on when you do.

Then go to page 62 and allign the print head automaticly following the instructions it gives.

This will re-callibrate the ink level on the printer and should read correctly for you.

Please allign the catridges on the printer, using printer front panel menu settings.
Click setup scrol down to tools and u would have option to allign the catridges, allign it and it should take care of the problem.

New machine.after inserting cartridges,no alignment page was printed.


you can also print the allignment page from the printer.from the printer properties.by going in to the services option.
there it will be listed .
clean the cartridges.
print a test page.
allign the print cartridges.
you can select the option which you require.

HP 6110xi cartridge align under Vista Home Premium


it is necessary to place the allign page in the scanner and then press the enter button and the scanner will read the allign ment page as it will take 2 minutes and then it will display the message allignment complete message then it will become normal as it was .so after u get the allignment page place it in the scanner unit of the printer and then press enter.
