It is likely your battery is depleted or it can also be an unlikely flaw in the firmware.
To eliminate the firmware flaw, restore (flash) the entire firmware using a downloaded version from the Navman.com site or an upgrade of the OS and or GPS app which will likely include an entirely new firmware.
Since your battery isn't retaining a charge, this operation should be performed from a PC demonstrated to provide power to the PiN 570 and or a reliable power strip on a UPS if you're using the split AC/USB cable.
A device subjected to a power interruption during a firmware flash can become permanently ruined or cost ineffective to recover.
