My computer is really slow, and i cant uninstall certain programs

go to control panel then go to programs and features select the program you want to uninstall by right mouse clicking and click on uninstall.

it has installed in your programs go into control panel and choose uninstall programs find it in the list and uninstall.

are you burning the music cd's in the music format to be converted over and finalize the disk? you cant burn them as mp3s. if your able to fit more then 18 or so songs then you are burning it as an mp3/data disk instead of a music disk. if your computer is getting really slow i recommend you download an anti virus if you haven't already (such as avg FREE) and a spy ware malwayre removal called malwarye bites.

open run and type msconfig and press enter
a dialog box ll get open in tab click start up tab and deselect webroot and apply the changes...

Skip Spy Sweeper and pick something like lavasoft's Ad Aware, or Clamwin, or malwarebytes (actually anti-malware.)
     If you really want help with Webroot products you've paid for, ask Webroot first (though doublechecking your regedit work might be handy, too.)  Uninstalling and reinstalling/updating makes you go back and set your preferences again, but you could try that too.

To uninstall Spy Sweeper :: let Microsoft Windows uninstall the software automatically.
1.clicking on the Start Button
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select Add and Remove Programs.
Occasionally this method will not work, and produce an error about not being able to uninstall the software. If this happens right click on the Spy Sweeper icon on the right hand side of the toolbar where the clock is located and select exit This will shut down the Spy Sweeper program. Next press ctrl + alt + delete which will open the Task Manager. Click on the Processes tab. Search for spysweeper.exe. If this process is running click on it then select end process. Repeat this step to search for and close the process WRSSSDK.exe. After this is done Spy Sweeper should be able to be removed by using Add/Remove Programs

Your should try a free program called Revo Uninstaller www.revouninstaller.com/
After installing open revo and it will show you all the programs currently installed on your pc, double click on spy sweeper and follow the steps.
side note: some of the steps take a moment or two so be patient.

first uninstall the webroot spy sweeper through the following steps.
1.click start 
2.go to control pannel
3.open 'add or remove program'
4.a window will open wait for some time until the list is populated

5 i)in that list find webroot spy sweeper and click remove 
   go through the uninstall wizard and finish the uninstallation process

5 ii)if you didn't find webroot spy sweeper there then it can be a virus
You need to download a program called MalwareBytes because that searces your entire computer
, finds the virus and completely destroys it.

Click the green 'download now' button (don't worry - this is free) and once you've downloaded it, got the updates and done a system sweep which takes a long time but it's worth it, you should be fine. It also solves the desktop, wallpaper and screensaver hijack, too.

6. restart your computer

7.open mycomputer click search and do a search for webroot spy sweeper
delete all the files and folders regarding webroot spy sweeper

8.now download mcafee before installing mcafee uninstall MalwareBytes and restart your pc
because at a time only one antivirus software should be used

i think this solution will help you 
if the problem is not fixed please inform i will suggest some other ways

AVG is good anti virus software which do not slow your system down and they do a free version, SuperAntispyware is also a good spyware program and again it's free.
If you google these you'll find them easy enough.

well you have many problems at the moment ,but my first efforts would be to run anti spy ware and anti virus program as they can do strange things to a computer, you can get both free from GRISOFT "AVG"

another option is to use the recovery disc's to re-install all the software back to the factory settings,as this will install all the drivers again for your sound & wifi and everything else.
