I have just bought a Paperlite c100 scanner on ebay, but without the driver floppy disks. This model was originally issued in 1997 so is rather old now. I have looked at several web sites that claim to have drivers for this model, but don't seem to have them once the registration procedure has been completed. I need it to work with windows 98. Can anyone help?

No these only fit on epson scanners due to the specific plug on the attached cable.you need and epson most models from 1200 series,1600 or 2400 series or 3600 will accept the transparency adapter.i have an old 1640 series that has one of these adapters.you can source a cheap scanner off eBay and download the drivers off epson site.then attach the scanner AFTER you install the software and it will find the scanner and connect to computer.Epson do provide a good scanning program as part of the download.you will need to choose negative or positive to scan.higher spec scanners have built in transparency hoods and can scan at higher resolutions.quite honestly if you are okay with say 6x4 inch prints a basic scanner is fine if it scans at least 2400 dpi.
yes your original disk is setup for only like windows 98 xp nt vista not windows 7 all you have to do is go to epson.com and input your make and model printer then download the driver for windows 7! good luck!
