Keeps saying turn camera off and on again

After I had connected to work pc which may have encrypted my camera as they dont allow portable devices to be connected. Now the lens won't retract when I turn it off, the picture in the display is blurred and I just keep getting the message - turn camera off and on again. Have tried to repeately turn camera on and off again but the message just keeps coming up.

Try changing the memory card and then check. You might also need to format the internal memory of the camera in case it has been encrypted by your office.

I had a similar problem with my Leica C-Lux 2 and I solved it by going to the flash menu (press the little lightning bolt on the right side of the menu/set button when you are in picture-taking mode) and choosing "force off." My camera went back to normal and has been happy ever since.

Digix BT-100 Portable Bluetooth Wireless Speaker says not connected when I try to pair it with my ipod.

Kathryn,

The speaker can only pair with one device. I had the same issue pairing it with my phone and then to my iPad.

You simply need to unpair it with your daughters iPod by turning off the bluetooth on that iPod, turn off then back ON the speaker and connect again to your own iPod by turning on the Bluetooth, Selecting BT100 from the list and wait for it to say CONNECTED (not paired).
Hope this helps!

Turning on the camera.

You can try to remove the battery to allow the circuitry to reset to factory defaults. If that do not work, I would suggest to get repair under manufacturers warranty. Most electronics devices have one year warranty.
Good Luck.

Network Key (WEP, WPA, WPA2 Encryption key)To connectyour computer to a wireless router, you click the Refresh networklist, then Choose your wireless network and then click Connectto your secured Wireless Network, it will asks for a Network Keybefore allowing you to connect into your wireless network. This NetworkKey is either the WEP, or WPA or WPA2 Encryption key that is used toconfigure the Wireless Router. The Passphrase is an alternate way tosetup the Encryption key.
When you are requested for a Network Key, you can just enter the Passphrasethat was used to configure the Encryption key in the wireless router.http://www.fixya.com/support/r5270415-network_password_network_addressFor information on securing your wireless network, configuring the wireless router and configuring the wireless card in thelaptop/computer, please click on this link and follow my instructions :-http://www.fixya.com/support/r3559128-wireless_router_security

I have taken some new photos on my camera but when I have connected it up to the pc to transfer the photos it keeps saying no new picutures or video were found on this device

TRANSFERRING PHOTOS TO COMPUTER
If your photos are stored on the memory card, then removethe memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader.Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of yourworking computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device oran external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card andcopy the photos to your computer.Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. Youcan copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off yourmemory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing anyprograms.

Psp keeps saying no access point detected when I have wireless internet 3 feet away

Hi

Make sure your wifi is switched on, on your Psp. It's the little switch on the left hand side of the psp above your memory card slot.

Also check your router settings to make sure your ssid is visible.
If thats ok you may be running an old firmware on your psp which will only work on wep encrypted wifi connections.
Another point to remember is that the Psp will only connect to a network running on 802.11 b. It will not connect to an 'N' or 'G' enabled router. Saying that it will pick up and show a 'G' network it will not allow you to connect though.

Dns error

Try rebooting your router, there should be a button on the back...hold it down for 3 seconds the wait 5 seconds then turn i back on. Wait a couple of seconds before trying to connect again. If this doesn't work you might want to check what type of router you have and see if it allows other portable devices cuz some don't.

Camera Not Working Wirelessly

I think maybe the problem is that the cam has already been recognised and given an ip address when you connect via RJ45 cable, but when you try wirelessly, there is a replication of the ip address which is not allowed. Check your router to see what ip address was given to the cam and remove if neccasary so as to re new the cam ipaddress. I would turn off the encryption first to try and get it working, then turn on again.
