It appens rarely, but if its frozen, you'll have to take the battery out to do a restart. Leave the battery out of the phone for 5 minutes before restarting. Its not recommended to do this very often, it can cause problems. But try it and if you get a problem try this:
Take your SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know, you need someone to press the ON button.

if you can open your phone, try checking its flex connector maybe it got loose... thats the common prob... if you cant open it, find a service center near you...

my nokia 7373 has a memory card of 256, inside there are 4 folder: Themes, tones, videoclips and video, when i connect bluetooth with my PC I have a problem: I can not access to this 4 folders I got a message error connections, but to the others folders in my memory cards is easy to access. Can anybody help me please?

ok try following steps:reboot your phone when they getting reboot press = green button(answer key) + 3 star key(*) but befor that make sure that your phone data will be lost above procudere may restore factory settings of your phone

on the main menu go to settings and profiles, if there isn't a silent mode already then select to personalise one of the others and change the settings so it is silent mode. ones this is done you can simply press the power button quickly to display a new menu and select the silent mode. u can do this while the phone is closed by keep pressing the power button..press it, then press again etc until you reach the correct option, then hold the power button until it sets that mode...
