This is a close guide, you can see it in practice on YouTube.
LCD change on 7373
  1. Switch off the phone.
  2. Take SIM card out.
  3. Take front faceplate off by inserting Credit card/Tweezers between housing and silver key. As you pull up, take credit card and slide it on the side of the phone prying the clips off. (Gently tease it out working around the phone)
  4. Unscrew these 6 screws at the edges with the T6 screwdriver and release the 4 clips surrounding the LCD screen. Slip the little black frame off of the LCD screen, and lift the screen. (Prize it up gently from the swivel end of the mob.) There's a printed circuit board underneath it is attached to the LCD by a hook type catch. Don't damage it (the board). You should now see a screw. Removing this screw removes the back cover.
  5. That’s it! Put your new faceplate or housing in and figure out how to put things back by following the directions here in reverse order.

You should use anti static gloves for this job, avoid touching the connections and the LCD face.
