Wondering if you could help. I have been trying to delete photos off my memory card however I have one photo i can not delete. When ever I press the delete button on this particular photo a Green key in the top right hand corner of the screen flashes and the photo is not deleted.

Ive had this problem in the past with a card that was previously used and had non-applicable applications on it. Hook the card up to your computer and try to delete it using the computer. I hope this helps.- JHOBBS

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.
