Your SIM card is not fired. just call your provider and ask them for you PUK code, they will give it to you and you will be able to create a new PIN number. just don't try to enter your PUK more than 9 times or it will then fry your SIM.

I don't know why Nokia leaves this PUC Option available to the user! Sorry but after 3 incorrect tries your SIM Card is fried! Your gonna need a new SIM Card & you''ll good to go again.
