Hi, when a phone won't turn on and blinks red light, it 's either the battery cell if too weak to power up the phone all application you downloaded on the phone has VIRUS and has affected the phone memory.
First Charge the battery forlonger hours before using another battery to confirm if the battery cell is the problem.
If not battery, in think you will have to flash the phone memory for it to come back to life. You can use the link below to know about how to flash the phone.
FREEZING OF PHONE
Hi, when a phone randomly freezes, it means that the phones memory is faulty or when an application you downloaded has virus.
What to do is this,
You will have to flash the phone to restore the memory of the phone.
You can use this link to see how to flash your phone.
Since you said 15minntes before you finished the flashing it went off, that might have caused it not to come cause during the process of the phone being flashed, it transfers files in the process, so those files might have not finished the transfer before it went off.You need to flash the phone again.
Do you use the battery to when flashing the phone?. You can also check the battery may be the battery might be too low to carry the phone.
In the process of flashing the phone, you can still be charging the phone by the side the cell of the battery might also be weak and needs more current to be able to power up the phone.
Remove the battery, sim and any memory for at least half an hour and retry it. Never remove a battery when flashing (even if you think it has frozen). If it doesn't work take it back to the supplier for a warranty replacement (don't mention the flashing bit - it shouldn't make any difference but don't make your life any harder)
I recently had this problem too. It started when i first tried the flash settings on the camera. I woke up the next day, turned my phone on and the light wouldn't turn off.
I discovered that by cycling through each flash option (always on, auto and always off) and taking a photo on each setting would sometimes turn the light off for a few moments before the phone crashed and had to be restarted.
Whilst showing this to a friend last night somehow the light went off and the phone didn't freeze (this might be because i had reset the phone to it's factory settings earlier in the day). The light is now off permanently, although i'm hesitant to use the flash again for fear of causing the whole problem again!
okay what you both have to do is flash the phone...you can go to topsony.com....to get the firmware to flash your phone....but this site to gain the firmware you have to pay for it but it will correct the problem for your phone.
