Question about Cameras
It's caused by failure of the image sensor. JVC has had other model digital cameras do this in the past and still fixes the problem at no charge, EVEN IF THE WARRENTY is clearly out of date. JVC is very nice to work with and have great customer service associates. You can call the toll-free parts line at 1-800-252-5722. You can also go to www.JVC.com and get the shipping address to mail it in for repairs. - JHOBBS
