Are there replacement power supplies for model number Sungale pd701 DVD players available. The present power supply model is IT15V120140X. Output: 12V -1.4-1.5a. If so, how much? Where? The preasent power supply works some of the time.

if your DVD player have no power first step is find where is power supply section then check your output voltage buy using your multiple tester and range it to dc then check if have a supply 5volts and 12volts if no output you can check some diode to your power supply or you can buy a 1 set of new power supply its available to the market thank you
how old is that battery ? ... basically you can make the battery "learn" to last longer by charging it fully then making sure it is completely discharged.... then charging it again and making sure it is completely discharged before charging it... the cycle should get longer each time. it would be handy to know if that is a lithium battery or a nicad.... and the number on the battery as well
