Out of range 64.0 KHz / 60 HZ

It might be because of wrong screen resolution. This problem can occur because of hardware as well as software change.

To rectify this issue you will have to set your screen resolution to lowest visual settings. For this purpose you can try restarting your PC to safe mode and then modify your screen resolution.

Sometimes setting your monitor to factory defaults can also rectify this issue.

I hope this would be of some help.

Press your computer's ON/OFF button, and hold it in until your computer shuts down.
Restart your computer, and repeatedly press F8, to enter "Safe Mode".

Reset your video-adapter to 800 by 600 at 60 Hertz.
Shutdown, and restart.

Then, you can try to increase the resolution to 1024 by 768, and try to change the refresh-rate.

Blue tint on computer display monitor

Try
1. Unplugging the video cord from the back of the computer (and screen if it comes off) and plugging it back in. Sometimes it can become loose and cause a screen to have a abnormal color contrast
2. Updating the drivers to your card
3. Trying a different monitor on the computer. Mind you, if you plug in a differant monitor and the color stays the same. Check the videocards pins on the back of the card. I dont know if you gave all the info on how it became like this, so maybe it got undone and plugged back in forcably and one of them got bent? I
Also if the pigment goes away. Plug the normal one back in and if its gone, great!, if its back. Try the OSD settings on that monitor. Still no luck. The monitor is junk.

Hope that helps

Flatron l1717s blank screen

Common cause of this is the VGA or DVI connectors not screwed on tight on either the back of the PC or the back of the monitor.

Also try removing power by unplugging for 30 seconds, sometimes that will reset things.

Screen shutting down

Well, Gestion Alim is French for "Power Management." It means that your computer is shutting off power to the video using the ACPI power settings, probably stand-by or hibernation. Bring up the Power Management settings in your operating system (in Windows, it's the Display icon in the Control Panel) and change them to something more reasonable. If you want to disable them completely in Windows, change to "Presentation" and make sure that hard disks and display are both set to "Never" shut-off.
