You should be able to get the fan off w/ a small screwdriver & some needle nose pliers for the metal clamp that holds the fan onto the shaft. Look on Google for suppliers to get a new fan & clamp. It shouldn't be expensive.
Sometimes you have to give the fan a push with your finger. If that didn't work, check all connections, fuses, etc. Sometimes things get jarred. If you changed out the connections at the ends of the wires (they include new ones with the replacement motors) you may need to make sure that you connected and/or crimped them correctly.
If you need to replace the fan motor, the fan blade can be removed by grasphing the center hub of the fan and pull the fan straight out of the purifier. I remove it every time I clean my machine, since it easy to clean it once it is removed.
Remove the 4 screws on the front grill. Grasp the fan with both hands and pull the fan off. Kind of prying it out using your hands as levers works best. It may be stuck if you have never removed it for cleaning, which you should do, periodically. The new one slides on flush with the end of the shaft.
The problem is corrected, Thank You. I had spaced my numbers on my credit card, therefore it made it invalid. I found out about this, and re-ordered using the numbers with no spaces, and my order is placed and on it's way. Thank You very much for all your help.
