Question about Microwave Ovens
I own a 6qt. Westbend Crockery Cooker and the internal temp on HIGH only reaches 177 degrees......It should be a minimum of 275/300.......
What is wrong & what can I do? Unit in only a year old and has never worked properly.
Sounds like the thermostadt is simply shutting off at the wrong temperature.
That is most likely located in the controle section of the cooker where you select the features and cooking temperature. Those thermostats can be off pretty easily.
The are sombined metalic items that change resistance at varying rates with temperature. Not uncommon.
That would have to be replaced. No way to adjust one.
