Question about Lexmark X2470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The right side gets drawn down but the left side doesn't. Every single time the screen tells me I'm out of paper or the paper has jammed. This is the second printer (same model, had one replaced under warranty) that has done this... Is this a problem with this model? I don't think Ill ever get a Lexmark again. Any suggestions?
If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
IF this did mot work ,Please contact Lexmark as they sent you refurbished printer which may defective roller on it , ask them to send a good printer this time..............
