Your psp has custom firmware you will have to use a pandora battery and a Magic memory stick to bring it back to Official firmware or keep it modded and just downgrade.

You will need to run 2.2.1 through QuickPWN to jailbreak + activate it. However you can not unlock the phone now. It is now permanently locked until a new unlock can be found for 2.2.1
There is no CFw 4.05m33 update, Dax not created it.!! The latest update for PSP Cfw is 5.00m33. You can find it by googling or see at my blog here!.
To change your psp from 4.05 official firmware you'll need pandora - magic stick (latest update DC7), because since high kernel released, cfw can be installing from 1.50 OF and 3.52 for fat(old model) psp.. and 3.60 for slim psp as starting point.

UMMM you don't need to upgrade you need to downgrade. Once you downgrade you can actually go ahead and upgrade to a custom firmware wich are the ones that allow you to do that and much more. If you really want to know how to do this and are still interested please send me an email at [email protected]. I say email because its a long process and i would need to ask you some questions about your psp and other stuff to so if you want more help send me a message with psp info as the tittle.
The point of an upgrade edition of a piece of software is so that you can upgrade your existing software. You need Photoshop 7 or higher to use the upgrade. If you don't have it, you will need to return/refund your purchase of the cs3 upgrade, and get the full version of the software instead.
Your other option is to purchase an earlier version of adobe photoshop, in order to install it so that you can upgrade it. Seems very round-about but I suppose it would work, and I'll bet if you find adobe photoshop 7 somewhere, it'll be awfully cheap ;)
