Question about Insignia NS-DA2G MP3 Player
There are two different solutions for erasing select files from your Insignia player:
Sync Solution - If you have been using a music service like Rhapsody, Best Buy Digital Music Service, or WMP10, you can connect the player while in Sync mode (switchable in the USB preferences on the players setup menu), open the software, find the Insignia player, open the players song list, and delete tracks that you don't desire.
File & Folder Solution - This is just like navigating your hard drive. Connect the Insignia player when in File & Folder mode, open the drive (should be on your desktop or in your device list under My Computer), and delete what you don't want the same as if it were on your computer.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
