How do I properly set the screen door?

there usually a set screw at the bottom of the door, look for a set screw put the door on track and adjust according and this should solve your problem.. make sure it rolls with no resistance it should
travel smooth along its rail or track... Hope this helps God bless

    Passenger side windows will not roll up or down with any of the power switches

    First check your fuses with a lighted 12 volt tester. Not a blown fuse ? Then remove a door panel and look for broken, loose, or disconnected wire. Since you said "Windows" I'm assuming more than one. I believe you just have a blown fuse.

    Check for a clogged condensate drain line (a/c heat exchanger) which would cause it to overflow onto the floor. It could also be a windshield or sunroof leak. I've had this very same problem from the top of the windshield leaking. There was a very small gap between the windshield and the edge of the roof, Where it's mounted. I had to use a pressurized garden hose to find the leak.

    Heat on one side and cool air out of the other vent, on the floor its the same way. driver side cool and passenger has heat.

    There should be a control on door panels,armrest area or dash to set temoerature control for each side. On some of the older models that I've seen there is a control on door panel that has a rotating dial with apointer that goes from a red zone into a blue zone that controls individual temperatures.     I have a 1998 cadillac deville the ac blows hot air on the drivers side and cold air on the passsages can i fix this?


    The temperature door actuator motor on the drivers side is damage.

    The actuator is what moves the temperature blend door and when it fails it usually moves the door all the way to the "hot" position.

    Uninstall and reinstall this Blend door Acutator

    All you have to do is.

  • Remove the fasteners (1) from the sound insulator to the instrument panel (IP) lower.
  • Remove the courtesy lamp (3) from the sound insulator by twisting the lamp a quarter turn counter-clockwise.
  • Disengage the data link connector from the insulator panel.
  • Pull the sound insulator (2) rearward and remove the sound insulator from the vehicle.
  • Remove the rear compartment lid/fuel filler door release switch assembly.

  • Partially remove the instrument cluster trim plate (2) by carefully pulling the plate rearward.
  • Disconnect the electrical connectors (5) from the trim plate (2).
  • Remove the trim plate (2).
  • Remove the fog lamp switch (4), if necessary, by releasing the retaining tabs.

  • Remove the fasteners (2,4).
  • Remove the knee bolster trim panel (3).
  • Remove the driver air mix actuator retaining screws.
  • Remove the electrical connector from the driver air mix actuator.

  • Remove the driver air mix actuator (3).

    1995 EF Falcon central locking problems! Can only lock it with the key from the passenger side, if key locked on drivers side or remote used, it just keeps locking and unlocking. Back doors aren't locking...

    Let's see if this works. on the rear top os the engine there is a stainless steel braided ground strap that is screwed to the firewall as well as bolted to the engine. This grounds the body of the vehicle Make sure the connections are clean and tight. Good Luck, Ned

    check cooling coil(in door unit)if there ice buil up then feel air vent if no air mean your fin block aready need to clean / air vent ok meant there have a leak .you need r22 test gauge and hose,reamer,tube cutter and flaring kit. 1)check suction pressure(big tube at out door unit) remove 2 way cap and 3 way cap valve then connect blue hose at service port 3 way valve (port locate at left or right depent on manufacturer) you will get pressure about 40-45 psi(air cond is running) then use a allen key(hexagonal wrench) to close 2 way valve(small tube or gas discharge side) wait 1-2 minute then close 3 way valve (suction tube or big tube) IMMEDIATELY SHUT OFF AIRCOND AND PLUG OUT POWER CORD (you need 2 person one at in door unit and the other at out door unit). this method is to keep remaining gas inside the compresser.Then leak check ,open 2 way valve about 90 degree hold it for 10 minute then close it .MEASURE THE PRESSURE keeep it for 5-10 minute. If the pressure indicate not same during the first time measured it meant there have a leakage, for air cond 1- 5 year the leakage will happen at the copper tubing connection and improper flaring .Then U need to clean in door and out door unit ,used a spanner or wrench to losen the copper FLARE NUT at out door unit and in door unit( inside insulation) then use pvc tape to cover all copper pipe/tube hole to prevent dirt go inside tube/pipe. Then lift up out door unit and used coil cleanner ditergent wait 5 minute then flush with water. Remove indoor front panel then disconnect out door unit cable at front panel in door unit then lift up indoor unit to disangage the hook and pull out the indoor unit, then clean the cooling coil ,cover electrical part with plastic .last step u need to cut (used cooper cutter)the copper pipe/tube FLARE NUT connection low side(big tube) and high side(small tube) in door connection and out door connection .Then u need to remove the burr from cut edge using reamer make sure metal powder not goes in Then make a flare after inserting FLARE NUT onto the copper pipes Then U can install back the unit check the low side pressure if the pressure 55-67 psi no need to charge
