Question about Washing Machines
FIRST - UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE -
F05 means the Pressure switch is jammed on full.
In plain english the machine thinks it is already full of water so either wont fill or wont spin until it has drained out or THINKS it has drained out.
The Pressure switch is at the top of the machine and is connected by a plastic tube leading down to the sump assy.
Check the connections first. Then removing the back panel lean the machine forward and as long as the machine is empty - Remove the Black Sump Hose from the tub by slackening the jubilee clip (put a washing up bowl underneath first).
The filter is located in there - Clean it out and make sure it is clear where the pressure switch tube is connected.
Reassemble, remembering to put the ball back and making sure the hose is located correctly - there are notches on the plastic filter and in the bottom of the rubber sump - That should do it - Hope this helps
