1. Make sure you have a Wireless ADSL modem
2 Make sure you have a Wireless conecction in your PC or laptop
3. run the modem software that came with your modem.

ADSL still needs to be connected to a PH line.

Any specific model,

Can I set this up this wireless router if I have cable internet and not DSL?

You CAN do this if you have access to the firmware of the ADSL gateway.

Connect cat5 cable from ethernet port on cable modem to ethernet port 1 on ADSL Gateway. (Must be port 1)
-Connect cat5 cable from computer NIC to other port on ADSL Gateway.
-(You may need to) Start->Run->cmd
ipconfig -release all
ipconfig -renew
Here's the trick...
-Open web browser, go to ADSL Gateway homepage (likely 192.168.0.1)
-Configuration tab, Advanced WAN->WAN
-Change WAN PORT drop down from DSL ATM PORT to ETHERNET PORT 1
-Click Edit button. Change Protocol from PPPoE to ROUTED.
-Radio button for DHCP Client to Enable.
-Click Set button.
-(You may need to) Power cycle both Cable Modem and ADSL Gateway device

Now this was done on a Westell ADSL gateway from verizon, yours may differ and you may need to look up the instructions for your specific gateway.

Have ADSL Modem and Wireless Router, i connect with UTP cable so dont have internet in my wireless router... I connect my laptop to modem directly and have internet... Whats wrong...??

the wireless router is not properly configured... configure ur adsl and disable dhcp server in the same. and then disconnect it ... then configure ur wifi router with a static internet address that is from the adsl range . put the default gateway as the adsl and save it, connect the adsl to wifi and switch both of them on... ur done... but make sure if ur adsl address is 192.168.1.1 the ur wifi address is 192.168.10.1

Ntech ADSL AWR54A router may be an wireless

I believe it can't be done on this model of router. Some wireless routers have this capability depending on the firmware version. But mostly, ADSL routers doesn't have this capability. It can be used as an extension but you need to extend a long ethernet cable from the first router going to your ADSL router. It can't be done wirelessly

Make sure your ADSL router has wireless capability or wireless function. Verify that from your Internet Provider. If your ADSL router doesn't have wireless function, you need to buy a separate wireless router then cascade it to your ADSL router, from there your airport must be working fine.

No, you can't connect your router directly to your ADSL. Maybe you should try a wired router.
