DVD Head rest doesnt come on.

My dvd headrest doesnt come one but the one on the drivers side works fine. What could be wrong and what can we do to fix it. We are trying to sell this H2 and want to make sure it works before we do. Thank you

Try checking the line in from the video distribution block. A black cable under the seat that is probably zip tied to the frame. There should be a point in the cable that is a plug(maybe wrapped in protective foam tape) just unplug and replug the cable.
