Had a paper jam inthe 11X 17 paper tray. After removing the paper jam, the error message c-1183 appeared. We have turned off, unplugged, checked cables., etc but still have the error message. Of course, we have a printed project that must go out this weekend.
The print job was sent from a computer running MS Vista. Print job has been deleted from the queue. Any suggestions.

have the same problem for a bizhub c300. All paper trays are plugged in though?

in addition to our chat, i found this solution of other user here who had a similar problem:
There is a plastic paper tray that has to be slotted into the side... We didnt think we needed it. But the photocopy machine has sensors that need this paper tray hooked into the side of the machine to work. Simple problem to fix and im suprised no one said it.
