Getting what I believe to be a TWAIN related error when accessing one of our 2 VX3000 cameras through our veterinary practice management software's TWAIN interface...no idea what the error means or how to fix it, or why it is only happening on one station with one of the cameras. Both cameras bought at same time, computer workstations identical. Running XP Pro SP2 on both. Running Lifecam software ver 1.4
Error is as follows: Error Copy sre file error!
Nothing found on Internet about this error that I can find?
Pops up twice, then camera works...odd and frustrating??

Did you install the software with the camera connected to
the computer? Disconnect the camera from the USB port and reinstall the
software. When the program asks you to connect the camera, do so, and it
should work. Hope this is of some help.

Below is info for setting up Audio & Video to chat on
line after you install , either Skype or a messenger program.
Web Camera’s have to be
setup on the program they are to be used with.
Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast
on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for
the Audio and Video to function properly.
A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype set it up as follows:
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now see and
talk to you.
B. Yahoo Setup:
After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger set it up
as follows:
C. Windows Live
Messenger:
NOTE: You audio and
video shoud work. Enjoy.
When done both the Audio and Video will function properly so
you can chat and see family or friends you are connected to.

Still no solution ever found for this error...and still havng the problem on only certain cameras around the country...not sure what is causing it or what the solution is...???
