Question about Canon CanoScan 4400f MultiFunction Color Printer
I recently bought a CanoScan 4400 and have only used it a few times. Now, when I try to scan, I get a message that says it's adjusting the lamp, and I hear a noise, but this goes on indefinitely. Hence, I have not been able to scan anything. Do you know what I need to do?
Try disconnecting other USB devices to determine if it is being caused by some other device.
