Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer
Inspect your fusing unit carefully, do not use any sharp things, you can damage the fusing roller. see that the sensor is moving fine, that the separator are OK, not broken.
if thats not helping and you wont find anything, last thing is remove back and side covers, carefully remove TBU, unhook the connectors and remove two screws in fuser sides and remove fusing unit to inspect it a little closer.and find the problem.
