Step 1. Power down your machine, hit the master power supply switch

Step 2. remove your Memory stick(s) and blow out your RAM slots

Step 3. Try one stick at a time, booting up to see if you get the error until you can figure out which stick (if any) is bad.

Step 4. try the same procedure with the second slot (if applicable)

You may have a bad stick of RAM, but not bad enough to be recognized by POST

Physical memory dumping when l start to play gta

providing the actual dump message will greatly increase the chances of a correct diagnostic of the problem. (yes the message actually tells us why it goes to physical mem dump) other than that i'd check the fans and fins for dust buildup (causes overheating)

Computer restarting again and again and shows a blue screen with "Beginning dump of physical memory." Also when i scan the system using kaspersky internet security antivirus it got restarted and i couldn't...

sometimes it happen because you have installed a driver recently and it is creating a havoc there. try to run in safe mode and restore the configuration to the previous one.

other options, is that a memory went bad. try to read what error is telling before the beginning dump of physical memory.

if one bank of memory is bad, try running your computer with one of the banks at the time.

It will constantly doin a physical dump of memory

Physical memmory dump( blue death) as it is called happens due to various reasons, which are related to harrdware failure or overloading of hardware. it can happen if the ram, cpu or the harddrive have some problem in connectgionn with the motherboard- try cleaning the sockets of the RAM and trying agin. the blue scrreens means windows went through a critical error<which is hardware related>. if it happens some times its nothing to worry about but if it happens often then you need to get your hardware checked by soem professional as it be corrupted somehow.

Beginning dump of physical memory

This could be pretty complex. The ATAPI.SYS file controls the Hard Drive and CD-Rom Drive. I would recommend reading this MS TechNet article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822051/ The article says that it's not uncommon for the problem to be caused by faulty memory or by problems in the mass storage controller subsystem, which makes sense since atapi.sys (a mass storage controller system file) is noted.
If you have multiple memory cards in the machine, it might not be a bad idea to take one out and try again. If the fails, keep swapping out memory cards until we either solve the problem, or elimite that as a cause.
