When I rewind my boobin, the thread is too loose. How do I adjust it on a JUKI DNU 1541-S?

You're saying the thread on the bobbin is loose/sloppy? That would be a result of the tension placed on the bobbin during winding. Make sure you are using the correct threadpath to wind the bobbin, or the winding tension needs to be adjusted.

Adjusting Datamax i class

If the ribbon is moving right on the I-4208 so far that you aren't getting print on the left of your label, the typical solution is to make sure that your ribbon roll is pushed all the way in, as far as it will go (at the top center of the printer on the black hub where the ribbon and it's cardboard core slide on). Similarly, make sure that the used ribbon that is winding on to the Rewind Hub at the top front is also in (to the left) as far as it will go).

Replace pull cord

Echo is one of the easiest pull cords to fix, remove the screws on the rewind and take off the motor and flip it over and pull old rope out and put new rope in wind the spring the correct way so when you pull rope it tightens spring so it will wind back up when let go, not winding too tight !

The bobbins doesn't wind easily and tight

When winding the bobbin, go slower not faster. And make sure that you have it threaded right, follow the diagram carefully with the thread unwinding from the spool the right way. You can take your tight bobbin off and use that as your spool and rewind onto a fresh bobbin. You cannot be a "speedy gonzalez" and have it be even.

The rewind spring for the pull start came out. What is the trick to rewind it???

put the housing end in first, take the spool and hold the spool end against it and wind the spool in the air until the spring is wound tight, then install the spool back into the housing. you have to keep your fingers on each end of the spring and hold the spool relatively close to the housing, obviously, but it's not a hard trick to master.

How to you re tension the starter spring

What has to be done is the BLOWER Housing must be removed from the engine. Then pull the rope all the way out, NOTE which way it is turning. Then stick a screw driver thru the spokes on the wheel and straight thru the housing, this will keep the rewinder from rewinding.
Then cut the knot from the cord. Remove the cord. Engage the rewinder wheel with your fingers pull the screwdriver and wind the spring as tight as you can. Re-install the screw driver thru the wheel so it can not rewind and reinstall the cord. When tying the knot ,make sure to use a light to melt the cord a little so the knot will not untie.
Hold the handle tight and pull the screwdriver and slowly let the spring wind in the cord.

Bobbin does not wind all the way up

I have had this problem, easily fixed by twisting the rubber knob that is in contact with the spool to the left.

Labels slightly shifting causing issues

I have had this problem before, if you look behind the rewind plate there are two nuts one on either side, if you undo these and adjust the hight down slightly on the r/h side it should solve the problem.
hope this helps
