I believe your camera has a specific battery and battery charger? You may need to purchase a new one. Even rechargeable batteries need to be replaced after awhile. Try purchasing a new kit (battery and battery charger) and see if that works!

You need to get rid of whatever is in the internal memory. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"....follow the on-screen instructions. Then, remember that all new cards must be formatted in the camera to work properly.
You'll likely require a cable and software to do so. Susteen is a supplier that offers a kit with both, and can be purchased at your local electronics retailer.

Try removing the battery and re-pairing after reinstalling the battery and turning on the Samsung M320.
