Question about RIM BlackBerry 7290
When I try and turn on my Blackberry 7290, it stays at a screen that looks something like this: a rectangle made to look like a browser/appplication window, inside are three shapes - a circle, square, and triangle, all around the entire browser/application window its got a circle with a line through it and lastly, below it its got the number 507 written underneath it.
I can't access my phone at all and I need to know what the problem is. The manual I've been reading online do not give me any clue whatsoever as to what this error could mean.
