If my hp 1350 all in one printer is offline, how do I get it back online? And also I am checking the box that says use offline and it is still not working????

Check the status of the printer at Control Panel. Set it to online if it's shown as offline. If this doesn't fix the problem, check whether installing the vista driver available at your printer manufacturer's website helps.

Step 1:
a. Click Start, go to Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound.
b. Click Printer.
c. If the Printer is offline, it shows "Offline" status. If the Printer is online it shows "Ready".
d. If the Printer is offline, set it to online.
e. Right-click on the printer and select "Use Printer Online".
f. The display should change to ready when the printer is set to online.

Step 2:
If still you are facing issues, then update the printer driver. This should fix the problem.

Reinstalled the software.

To get back online of your printer, go to Control Panel and Select Printer & Faxes then OPEN.
A list of Printer is on the browser, point the printer with your mouse then right click on your Printer HP OfficeJet to select Printer Offline and click it to go back Printer Online. Good luck!

check that the printer is turn on, if on turn it off and on again, secondly check by double clicking the printer icon on your pc start bar i,t will open a pop/dialogue box, click on file and see if the offline is tick if so disable the tick.

try these... if the lights stops press cancel and color button together to self test. if it is working. the printer is ok! proceed to check for the printing Queue cancel all pending document, check and select printer on the print control ,
