It might, at say...6000% distortion. For a true amp power rating look for the RMS per channel specs. This is a much more realistic rating of what the amp can actually put out continuously...

Is my Pyramid 300 watt mosfet pb 772 compatible with a 10" kicker comp sub?

If the output impedance of your Pyramid amp is approximately the same as the input impedance of your Kicker, it should work.

I have 2 12in kenwoods and a 1200 watt pyrimade amp, how can i hook these up to be the loudest

1st have your subs facing inwards towards the front of the car, not facing out the boot, This creates a better bass.

Wire 1 sub to one channel and the other sub to the other channel.

Turn down your gain as low as possible and then power everything up.

turn volume to desired loudness and then start turning up the gain slowly, if distorts a little turn in back down a notch.

avoid using bass boost, I agree it sounds great but it puts more strain on your amp and shortens its life.

after sorting out your gain, tweak all others until sound is bassy and clear with no distortion.

If you would like to use bass boost, turn on bass boost first, then up your gain etc.

Need advice on setting up amp with my two speakers.

This is hard to explain and what needs to be done is wire in parallel both subwoofers. This website will help just put in the amount of speakers and amount of ohms each and it gives you diagram.

Amp over heating and cutting off

sounds like the Impedance of the speakers does not match that of the amp, therefore the output stage of the amp is trying to compensate, driving the amps too hard and eventually causing the thermal cut out to activate. Check the ratings on everything are compatible before you start sending it off to be fixed.

When i turn my radio up all the way my speakers cut out and then come back on

Yes it is probably too powerful for those speakers. Or the speakers could be defective.
