Scanning is not working when I hit the scan button on the printer/scanner the screen says No Scan Options, refer to device documentation to trouble-shoot. I have used this feature before with same laptop now I am not able to scan...

Open the solution center and click on settings. Take the pointer on scan settings and click on scan to setup.
A new destination list will open and take all the entries, one by one, to right, and click on update the device. If it is already on right, please take it to left and click on update the device and again take it to right and click on update the device.
Then restart the printer and the issue will be fixed.
