the flash focus feature which is supposed to automatically correct convergence problems. It has not... we also ventured into the service mode and again had no luck. what other steps are available or part that needs to be ordered?

red seems to be out of alignment, and cannot be set right, and the right side of the screen is about 2 inches inside the border. can you help. thanks
