when you paid for this did you do it online? Did you creat a user ID & password? If your answer is yes than log on to their site & look for help. You want to call them. Email is ok but you know it will take longer to get an answer. ( if you get the chance to speak to a real person just ask for the name of the file you were intended to receive.) Right click on the start button & click Search. Type in the file name they give you. If it's on your system search will find it.
I always suggest to people never buy software online with out getting the CD. Far too many things can happen with downloaded software. What happends if your hard drive dies?
Also since you did buy online they must have emailed you a recipt. Their phone number may be written there. Below is a link to help you call them. Just click the link.
