Question about Zebra 105SL Thermal Label Printer
I have a label I am creating. I have set the label to print a 4 x 6 inch landscape label. When the label prints it shrinks it to prints appx. 3 1/4 x 2 1/8. I have mess with the setting, but have had no luck. I send the same document to abode and when it prints to a ricoh printer, it prints the correct size.
Can anyone help.
This can happen if you have the wrong dpi setup. For instance the 105sl can be either 203dpi or 300dpi. If your printhead is 300dpi and the label you create is expecting 203dpi, then you will see shrunken label. Your situation doesn't exactly sound like this is the case but it may be worth checking.
