Hello!

A not responding computer has many causes. As long as the input devices such as your mouse and so on are in good condition, then it might be infected with virus, or your system has been corrupted. You may scan your computer from viruses or let it be formatted by a technician and reinstall OS and the necessary programs and softwares you ussually used to bring its performance back to normal.

Goodluck and hope taht this may help you..

It's possible there's a Function key that turns it on and off, like Fn + F7 (not specifically) or something.
Another method you could use is to attach a USB mouse, and go to the control panel, under "mouse" and make sure that the touchpad is detected and enabled - it's possible someone else accidentally disabled it.

If you are using Internet explorer Try disabling the Add-ons

-Close the Internet Explorer
-Go to Control Panel
-Open Internet Options
-Click on the Programs Tab
-Click on Manage Add-ons
-Disable all the Add-ons

If this resolves your issue Try to enable each Add-on and figure out which Add-on was causing the problem and keep it disabled.

My laptop computer is okey except that the touch command for the cursor is not responding, if i use a mouse thru the usb port then its alright..why does the touch command for the cursor not responding?

Touch pads are not very reliable. I have seen a lot fail.
A computer repair person will need to replace it for you.
My advice is to stick with a USB mouse. Or if it is under warranty, take advantage of that warranty.
Best of luck.

Windows Mail

Whatever 'Windows Mail' you are using, I guess you have checked all the config. options? I mean if you are using Outlook Express, then go into 'Tools' then select accounts, then select your isp's account details (if they are not there, thats your problem) then click Properties. Under the general tab should be your ISP's mail server details, your user name (below that) & your email address. Next the 'Server' tab.. shud be info relating to your ISP. If you do not use Outlook Express, consider setting it up as a test. Do it manually as per above. If you need further help, let me know. Rgds.
