Try to re-install your audio drivers. if even re-installing the audio drivers wont work, try using a seperate audio card try diagnose the problem.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sound not working on my UMC 23inch tv

Simple things to check:

Speakers in menu not switched "off"

Sound not muted or low either on the SET or BOX if used.

Internal speakers not switched to External (some sets have this)

If a DVD etc plays with sound set is ok and some setting is wrong.

Speakers not working properly

Hi bud , have you made sure you have a 5.1 channel Sound card that looks liek this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5700428&sourceid=1500000000000003142050&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=5700428

If you dont have this then your speakers wont perform , otherwise if you do have this card .then i can only think they are faulty ..
Have a great day

I cant get sound out of the speakers

Hi there bud...Try make sure you have the drivers installed for your Sound Card or motherboard...These should of come with the Sound card or Motherboard on a disk...Just run setup and install...if thats that the case here...what i suggest is try it on any other Pc that you know speakers have worked on...and if it does the same , then it could be that the speakers are faulty..
Hope this helped bud
Happy new year :)

Hi, They suddenly stopped working, think I

Try another speaker set.
If this does not fix it, then consider the sound card if it is removeable, get a new one. If it is internal, turn off the sound and install a sound card.

The right speaker stopped working..i tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and nothing!

1. Check that the speaker input cable or input jack is not damaged. Do this but plugging in some other speakers or headphones into the computer and plugging the speakers into a MP3 player or cd player.

Do that to verify a hardware problem

Speakers have stop having sound

1. Please plug in a set of speakers or headphones known to be in working order.
a. If the known-to-be-in-working order speakers or headphones work, your existing speakers are faulty.
b. if the known-to-be-in-working order speakers or headphones do not work, your existing speakers are fine, and your sound card is faulty.

Speakers stopped working

Try to reload your drivers for your sound card.
Make sure there are no conflicts with any new software and or hardware that you recently installed.
If you are using XP try to restore your computer to a date when your sound was working.

Hope this helps.
Good luck.

What up with my subwoofer?

Sometimes the Bazooka tubes have an internal amp. I am not sure of this model but maybe you can Splice in directly to the Speaker Wire and bypass the AMP in the Tube if it has one
