1. you will need to replace the filter that is inline to the carburetor. Your filter is dirty or the fuel line is clogged.
Also the air filer may be clogged. There is a foam mess filter that is located right at the exhaust. careful of puncturing the fuel line.
You may be able to find a engine break down of your trimmer at the manufacture's site and there may be steps how to clean and replace the components.

Above is an exploded diagram, of the unit, it seems that
I have had a look, the only thing thats in the fuel line is the part 56 the Fuel pickup ***'y.
Are you sure that everything else is PK, and it is the petrol? Try using some starting spray, and at least try to get it to fire, as usual, check, Spark plug, Ignition Module, Spark plug leads and end. Take plug out, earth against chassis, and try to start, see if you have a nice big spark. If not, troubleshoot back from, there. Also check, all fuel lines.
The carburator has a tiny filter in it by the fuel inlet near the hose. The carburator will have to be removed to clean it. The ful line in the tank should have a stone filter at the very end of the fuel suction line. If it is a screen type filter they are no good to use for foreign objects do get through it plugging up the secondary filter in the carb all the time on these engines
Check gas cap to make sure breather holes aren't plugged. Check screen inside tank where shut-off valve is to make sure it isn't clogged.
Have you removed and cleaned out the carb and check needle and seat, carb float level and such?
You would have to dismantle the carb. The floats are held on a thin rod. It has and adjustment clip on it that holds the float at certain levels. The same with the needle. The needle from throttle cable to carb has a clip on it that can be moved to adjust the height of the needle. I do not have a manual for this one so I don't know what is the perfered height.
You can get a service manual here if needed:

If the primer bulb collapses and does not re-inflate, then that may be the cause of your problem.
