While charging my O2 atom exec, the LED ( Flash Light) does not glow red ?
My O2 atom pure white when switching the power button, it didnt open, the red light just blink and will disappear while pushing the power button same with while pushing power button, the green and red light on keypad just blink.. i was charging the phone for 1 hour while it was open, when i remove the charger and put it back again,it shuts down and it wont open again..what will i do???please help...thanks..philippines
Go to USB connection in settings, unclick enhanced network functionality box..
I have the same problem. What I did several time is to actually shut down the phone, remove the battery and leave it like that for several hours (3 to 4 hours). Then, I put the battery back in the phone, and it would charge again. However, due to the long time with no battery, the phone's clock would be reset to January 2007.
I found no other work around right now. However, I have to do this more and more often, almost once a week ...

I have the same problem. Also, when using the USB cable to connect to my PC the red light does not go red (it used to though!).
same problem only the green light goes blink.

i have xda atom. i didnot use it for few months and when i tried to charge it didnot . i used my pc and the charger also. but it charged once . n now its dead. now cnt charge. please help me to solve this
Hi, The prob with the atom exec is that the plug on the actual phone has been made VERY poorly and it's quite tempramental. :-)
If you play around enough; there are some chargers out there that work; it's just a matter of whether you can be bothered or have the spare time to look around.......

The phone won't charged when switched ON either using PC USB or external charger. The phone only charged when the unit is switched OFF. however the battery is not fully charged after the Orange LED is OFF during charging. I've tried to replace the battery, the problem seems to be the same. Besides, the phone is not able to connect to activesync, the Orange LED indicator doesn't turn ON when connected to PC USB. What am I suppose to do?

i have 02 atom pure , and now i cannot charging .. but my Led was blinking red.. ( in stable situation means its charging ) but its not charging anyway.... but i can go sync... if the battery full charge on other handheld like ipaq rw 6828, then put it back to my 02 unit..
